OK, let me explain. Well, my boyfriend graduated from the high school that this idea was taken from. I was going through some of his old band photos, and saw the uniform. Inspired, I got to work, even making a little flag for her! My original idea was to have the flag glued in her hands, as if she was using it, but the flag was far too heavy and so I had to have it as a separate piece. 1999 is as close as I can place the time when this was made.
